Ngủ ngáy tuy không nguy hiểm đến sức khỏe nhưng rõ ràng nó sẽ gây cho bạn rất nhiều phiền toái. Để khắc phục chứng ngủ ngáy không khó như bạn vẫn tưởng, đơn giản hãy áp dụng những bí kíp đơn giản sau.

“Thủ phạm” gây nên chứng ngáy ngủ

- Do bị cảm lạnh, dị ứng hay mắc phải chứng sùi vòm họng.

Tránh uống rượu ít nhất 4 giờ trước khi đi ngủ vì rượu sẽ là một thứ""siêu an thần"khi uống quá gần giờ ngủ.

Đi ngủ theo giờ giấc đều đặn: Những người hay bị làm rối giấc ngủ hoặc thiếu ngủ rất dễ ngáy. Nếu bạn tập được thói quen đi ngủ theo giờ giấc đều đặn thì cơ thể sẽ không lâm vào tình trạng quá mệtt mỏi và giúp khỏi ngáy.

Ngủ ở tư thế nằm nghiêng hơn là nằm ngửa, hàm dưới có khuynh hướng trễ xuống làm bạn há miệng và dễ ngáy. Nếu bạn có thói quen lúc đầu nằm nghiêng rồi lại xoay sang nằm ngửa, chỉ có cách nhờ"bà xã""hay ai đó xoay bạn nằm nghiêng trở lại. Nếu không nhờ ai được, bạn có thể đính một chiếc tất vào sau cổ áo, lấy một quả bóng tennis luồn vào tất túm lại để làm vật cản giúp bạn khỏi xoay ngửa ra.

Trước khi đi ngủ từ 2 – 3 tiếng bạn nên tránh xa các loại đồ uống có chứa cồn hoặc uống những loại thuốc có tác dụng an thần. Những loại thuốc này có chứa chất kích thích gây nên những ảnh hưởng xấu đến hệ thần kinh làm cho các cơ ở cổ họng bị nới lỏng hơn – “thủ phạm” gây nên chứng ngủ ngáy.

Tăng độ ẩm cho phòng ngủ, bởi lẽ độ ẩm trong phòng ngủ thấp sẽ khiến cho cổ họng bị khô, và dễ gây nên hiện tượng ngủ ngáy.

Nên nằm gối cao hơn bình thường để giúp cho luồng khí trong cổ họng đi thẳng theo luồng khí.

Không nên ăn những loại thực phẩm được chế biến từ bơ sữa trước khi đi ngủ bởi nó có thể gây nên những ảnh hưởng xấu tới quá trình hô hấp của bạn trong khi ngủ, gây nên hiện tượng ngủ ngáy.

Nếu bạn thuộc tuýt người béo phì và quá dư thừa cân nặng, cần áp dụng các biện pháp giảm cân. Vì những người dư cân thư��ng có cần cổ to và dày khiến đường hô hấp trở nên hẹp, gây ra những âm rung khi lưỡi và phần họng trên tiếp xúc với phần mềm vòm miệng và lưỡi gà.
