Cảm nắng theo y học cổ truyền gọi là"trúng thử". Triệu chứng gồm: đầu óc mơ màng, đổ mồ hôi, miệng khát, buồn nôn, chuột rút; nặng hơn thì đột nhiên bất tỉnh, hôn mê..., đó là do cơ thể bị mất nước và rối loạn chất điện giải.

Xử trí

Khi xuất hiện những triệu chứng trên phải lập tức ngừng việc, vào chỗ râm mát và thực hiện ngay các việc sau:

* Nới mở quần áo để cơ thể thông thoáng, hạ nhiệt và máu huyết lưu thông được dễ dàng.

* Lấy khăn thấm nước lạnh lau rồi phủ lên người để hạ nhiệt.

* Dùng quạt (điện hoặc tay) quạt cho người bệnh, nhất là nơi máu lưu thông nhiều như nách, háng, cổ để phân tán nhiệt trong cơ thể.

* Cho người bệnh uống nước đậu xanh

Ngay lúc này không nên cho người bệnh uống nhiều nước và thuốc hạ nhiệt có thể gây thêm tổn thương cho gan. Sau khi sơ cứu có thể cho bệnh nhân dùng bài thuốc gồm các vị: tri mẫu 16g, thạch cao 20g, cam thảo 8g, gạo tẻ 20g. Cho 600 ml nước sắc kỹ uống ngày 1 thang, có tác dụng sinh khí, tư bổ tân dịch.

Phòng trúng nắng

Đề phòng trúng thử bằng các biện pháp sau:

* Tránh đột ngột tiếp xúc với nắng nóng.

* Khi làm việc, tiếp xúc trực tiếp với nắng nóng phải cần uống đầy đủ nước; có thể uống nước gạo rang có cho thêm tí muối, đường và gừng. Không nên quá gắng sức. Khi cảm thấy mệt mỏi, vào chỗ râm mát nghỉ ngơi.

* Mặc quần áo thoáng, mát, màu nhạt để dễ thấm mồ hôi và thoát nhiệt, và tránh hấp thụ nhiệt từ môi trường.

* Làm việc dưới nắng không nên uống rượu, cà phê gây đi tiểu nhiều làm mất nước.
