Nếu đau dạ dày quanh năm hãy lấy 3 - 4 quả đu đủ tươi rửa sạch rồi ép lấy nước chia làm 3 lần uống; ăn khoảng mấy chục quả đu đủ thì bệnh đau dạ dày có thể khỏi hẳn.

Rượu vang nho đựng trong bình miệng rộng rồi cho rau thơm đã rửa sạch vào (tỷ lệ 1:1), đóng kín miệng bình lại trong 6 ngày sau đó lấy ra uống mỗi buổi uống 1 cốc vào các buổi sáng, trưa, tối, uống liền trong 3 tháng, bệnh đau dạ dày sẽ khỏi; rau thơm vẫn còn màu xanh thì ăn vào lại càng tốt.

Mật ong 0,5kg đun bằng lửa nhỏ, vừa đun vừa khuấy cho đến khi hơi có bọt mật ong có màu vàng sậm, rắc 1,5 lạng bột mì vào khuấy đều, rồi lại cho tiếp 2 lạng bột soda cho tới khi tan bọt là được, tiếp đó đổ vào đồ đựng bằng sứ hoặc thuỷ tinh; mỗi lần 1 thìa uống trước lúc ăn cơm 20 phút; cách này chữa viêm dạ dày mãn tính và loét dạ dày.

Tim lợn thái miếng mỏng 3 - 4 mm, rắc đều bột tiêu trắng lên trên (20 - 30 hạt), hấp chín; ăn món này vào buổi sáng lúc bụng đói, mỗi ngày 1 quả tim lợn, nói chung 7 ngày sẽ khỏi, cách này chữa viêm dạ dày.

Táo đỏ rửa sạch rồi rang cho đến khi vỏ ngoài có màu đen, không cháy là được, lấy 3, 4 quả pha vào nước sôi để uống, nếu cần hãy cho một lượng đường vừa phải.

Những người bị mắc bệnh dạ dày dạng ít dịch vị chua nếu thường xuyên ăn dấm sẽ làm tăng cảm giác thèm  ăn và chữa được bệnh dạ dày.

Khoai tây gọt bỏ vỏ, ép lấy nước, đun sôi lên để lấy nước uống, mỗi ngày 3 lần, mỗi lần 1 thìa nhỏ, uống liên tục 2 - 3 tuần sẽ trợ giúp chữa trị loét dạ dày và hành tá tràng.

Thịt gà 150g, ức cánh gà 30g, gừng tươi 2 lát, táo đỏ 2 quả, cho thêm nước vào rồi đun lên để ăn; món này chữa loét dạ dày và hành tá tràng; đồng thời có tác dụng tốt trong chữa trị đau chướng dạ dày do vị khí hư nhược, dịch vị quá nhiều gây ra.

Đậu phụ 500g, đường đỏ 125g rồi cho nước vào đun sôi, chia ra làm nhiều lần để uống; cách này chữa xuất huyết dạ dày.

Vỏ trứng gà 10 cái rang vàng bằng lửa nhỏ trong nồi sắt nhưng không được rang cháy; sau đó nghiền thành bột, mỗi ngày uống khoảng 1/10 (tức là tương đương với 1 cái vỏ trứng), chia làm 2 - 3 lần uống hết, uống trước khi ăn cơm hoặc sau khi ăn cơm bằng nước ấm; uống liên tục nhiều ngày sẽ trị được loét hành tá tràng.

Lấy lòng lợn hoặc trứng gà hầm với lạc thành món ăn sẽ chữa được loét dạ dày.

Hàng ngày uống Vitamin E 3 lần, mỗi lần 100mg, , uống liên tục 2 - 3 tuần sẽ có hiệu quả chữa trị đối với loét dạ dày.
