4. Cam, quýt

5. Sữa và đậu tương

6. Đường

Các đồ ăn có chứa nhiều đường sẽ không tốt cho cơ thể khi đói vì chúng sẽ phá vỡ sự cân bằng của các vitamin và khoáng chất có trong cơ thể. Đặc biệt, khi đói, cơ thể không đủ năng lượng để chuyển hoá đường. Lâu ngày có thể dẫn tới tình trạng lượng đường trong máu tăng cao.

7. Sữa chua

Cũng giống như cam, quýt, sữa chua giàu vitamin C, giúp kích thích tiêu hoá. Ăn sữa chua khi đói sẽ gây hại cho dạ dày.

8. Khoai tây

Khoai tây chứa nhiều axit no đơn và chất nhựa dính. Ăn khi đói sẽ gây cảm giác nóng ruột, rất khó chịu.
